When thinking about the eviction process, one must keep in mind that there are external costs associated with your case.

 

All services offered have a $15 Flat Rate Mailing Fee included. 

Process Server posting fees start at $85 (and can be higher depending on location).

Court filing fees can also vary by location.

Notice to Vacate - Starting at $99

This service includes:

  • Professionally drafted Notice to Vacate by an eviction specialist.

  • Mailing via regular mail

  • Mailing via Certified Mail (with proof of delivery)

Notice to Vacate Plus - Starting at $199

This service includes:

  • Professionally drafted Notice to Vacate by an eviction specialist.

  • Mailing via regular mail

  • Mailing via Certified Mail (with proof of delivery)

  • Notice posted to the property according to local statues. Affidavit of posting returned and pictures showing the posting. 

Court Filings - Starting at $449

This service includes:

  • Professionally drafted Notice to Vacate by an eviction specialist.

  • Mailing via regular mail

  • Mailing via Certified Mail (with proof of delivery)

  • Notice posted to the property according to local statues. Affidavit of posting returned and pictures showing the posting. 

  • Documents filed with the appropriate court.  Will follow up with client to communicate court date.

Court Filings Plus - Starting at $829

This service includes:

Reporting to Collections - Starting at $195

We can report your tenant to a collections company for any money owed such as:

  • Unpaid Rent

  • Unpaid Utilities

  • Property Damage 

** We can not guarantee the timeframe or amount of any money collected

Vacancy/Property Condition Checks - Starting at $85

Someone will go to your property to try to determine if the property has been vacated, and/or to document the condition of the property.

This service includes:

  • Photos of the current condition of the property

  • Affidavit stating what was observed.

  • Evidence found to determine if vacant or occupied.

Tenant Screening - Starting at $100

We can run a background and credit check on your prospective or current tenant.

This information could be helpful in renting to an unqualified applicant.

This service includes:

  • Background Check

  • Credit Check

  • Eviction History
